Age Group Coordinators

What is an Age Group Coordinator (AGC)? 
The simple answer is a person who is the conduit between an age group and the Board of Directors.  This person does not have a child playing at the specific age group they are representing.  
 
An AGC could be contacted in the cases where there may be a team issue/specific need that a
parent may have difficulty going directly to the coach or team manager first.
 
Another use of an AGC could be a coach needing Board assistance in remediating a specific concern or problem in regards to his team, a parent, or a player.
